All services, not including subscription plans, have a 24-hour cancellation policy for a partial refund.

Patrial refund amount will be the total paid subtracting credit card processing fees for both transactions.

Within 24 hours of the booked service, the service is not refundable but can be rescheduled to a later date, determined by the client and approved by the staff's calendar restrictions.

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed and deposited.
Subscription Policy

All subscriptions will be renewed on the same day of the month when you initiated the subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time when logging into your account and managing your subscription.

Within 3 business days of your new subscription, there will be 3 day grace period to refund your new month's subscription should you not want to continue. Reach out to Brooke to arrange.
