Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • All services, not including subscription plans, have a 24-hour cancellation policy for a partial refund.

  • Patrial refund amount will be the total paid subtracting credit card processing fees for both transactions.

  • Within 24 hours of the booked service, the service is not refundable but can be rescheduled to a later date, determined by the client and approved by the staff's calendar restrictions.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed and deposited.

Subscription Policy

  • All subscriptions will be renewed on the same day of the month when you initiated the subscription.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time when logging into your account and managing your subscription.

  • Within 3 business days of your new subscription, there will be 3 day grace period to refund your new month's subscription should you not want to continue. Reach out to Brooke to arrange.
